I was there recently and asked a question and the guy with the glasses acted like I should know everything myself. Like he thought he was better than me since I didn't know something, other than him everything was pretty good. Every other worker has been helpful, no matter the situation.
I've been shopping here for many years now, for my three boys who are all gamers. I've always got amazing service, helpful and friendly, especially when I have no idea what I'm looking for! They've always been amazing!
Your game is never new unless you order to pick up at the store or pre-order, or if it's some deluxe or special edition. They open every game and call that new. Nope! The sales staff has a tendency to let others cut and all three small gentlemen that typically work there have no backbone to stop it. Honestly, there isn't much else for people in the Petoskey area, but it does suck that they are how they are. Check Meijer first!
