I bought my first smartphone from them, and it was so easy and quick. Then, the screen protector broke, so I took it in, and they replaced it in five minutes. Every time I go there, it's quick and the people are so nice. The best technical customer service I've ever had.
Went in to get internet home phone and TV 2 weeks ago.dinent work, went to cancel and they talked into one more try in did not work Greg told me to my face he would cancel the charge if it did not work it didn't work and I got charged 45 dollers for a serves that I did not get he lied

Usually a friendly business. Greeted when we walked in, helped almost immediately. Had it not been for a previous customer coming back in as we were being helped. 3 employees working,2 with customers in the store & another on the phone. Yet I felt as if we had been hurried put of the store once we were told they couldn't do anything to help us. Another sale lost at this store. Was wanting a new tablet.
