Kyle was the best person I've ever dealt with. He took his time, knew a lot about cell phones, and help me transition to my new IPhone which I was worried about, with ease. I don't like change, but it was much easier for me knowing had someone to walk me through the process and knowing I could call or email him at anytime if I had any questions.
