My parents owned a summer home in Petoskey for years and they always used EPS Security, Neal the service technician is very professional and friendly. I recently purchased a small cottage in Harbor Springs that had an existing security system in it that wasn't EPS's. So I called the company to have them quote me a price of turning it on and I also called EPS. Needless to say the company sales rep was very unprofessional and wasn't familiar with the system at all. He basically wanted to add devices that already existed. When Ben from EPS arrived he was very friendly and gave me some suggestions such as adding a low temperature sensor and a monitored smoke. I went with EPS and am very happy with my decision, they are a local company with local staff and the central station is in Grand Rapids. Every dollar you give them stays in the state.
