1. When you pay $2.25 PER cup of coffee to only have your waitress only bring you 1 cup?! And then you ask the manager for a to go cup. TO BE charged
3. The food was okay but nothing wonder
Me and my brother stopped in here today and were blown away by there service and wow there food flawless! We were just passing through and were very pleased we Did!
Your attitude towards your patrons is most likely why you are having trouble finding employees and why you will never see me again as a customer.
4. I had to get syrup from another table
Because she never came back to check on us after (incase anything else was needed or forgotten)
1. You could have carafes at the tables if you're complaining of less employees or maybe water pitchers. Since we didn't have any refills of that. (would make sense, less work for your staff)

5. You could have KINDLY apologized in person gave us a damn free coffee (not one that we had to leave at extra on top of the coffee we had to pay as well) and THAT would have turned my experience around to come back (which means more $; which by your admission is what you're in the business of)
and your rudeness will make me tell everyone to not come see you. You and your words just now turned my bad experience INTO a terrible one.
Better than average brunch experience in an amazing location. Good food reasonably priced. The wait staff were kind, patient with our indecisiveness, and efficient. Decent coffee with frequent offers to refill. The specialty coffee left something to be desired, but complimented their crepes well. My husband says that his omelette "was really good". Overall opinion was very good, but not spectacular. We would definitely come back, especially with the discount we got from our hotel.

Coffee was warm, not hot. Food was ok. I ordered eggs over medium and they were barely over easy. Sausage links could have been cooked more.

First time I've ever been served inedible food! When I told the waitress her reply "yea I saw that this morning, it's the end of our season though." Seriously? That makes it ok to serve to us? When I asked for the manager I was told they just left, and asked what they could do? I told them the same thing I did to our server, and got the exact same response. "It's the end of the season." Are you kidding me, how does that make it ok to serve rotten food!!!! Didn't offer anything.
