Staff is very efficient, courteous and professional. I was amazed at how quickly I was taken care of. Even the security guards are friendly. This is a great office!
Impressive office. They helped me get a replacement Social Security card for my seven children very quickly. I am just so glad I remembered my drivers license and a medical record for each child!
Been in the office 8 times in the past 6 months to have my information updated and it never got updated now im getting blamed and have to appear in court for their lack of ability to handle their jobs.

The staff here showed me how to get a benefit letter and file for benefits from home. It was so easy at SSA.GOV. Once I set up a myssa account, I was able to read all about my earnings information and benefit amounts. Now I can even change my address and phone number from home. This office is a blessing.
