Walked in and I was the only one. Previous couple that had been in there earlier that day showed up. Dumb lady behind the counter waved them up. A whole immigration thing. Meanwhile, I was there, prepared, money in hand and a 5 minute scenario, and I have to wait. Next teller lets some guy cut in front of everyone, as by now there was quite the line. This was around 1pm on 10/31. Neither employee had any backbone to stop the dude who cut. It's a government employee, so I'm only expecting a half-brained idiot to begin with. Both of these employees should be terminated and given to two people who actually work.
