Completely out of stock of the wood grained Azec 3/4" × 31/4" × 12' & not enough of several other interior pre-primed window trim for the last week & a half. Also having priced trim, it was priced cheaper in the Gaylord store, for the same trim. The Gaylord store is a much better place to shop. When it comes to building materials the Petoskey store dearly lacks in keeping items stocked. The Gaylord Lowes is twice as far to drive but I might as well go there because going to the Petoskey store is pointless. If this had been a one time thing it would be different but it has happened on numerous occassions. So on several occassions I just picked up what I needed at Home Depot.
Dan, Tim, Scott, David, and the guys that delivered my fridge (so sorry names escape me) all really terrific. Could not be better! Knowledgeable, helpful, can do problem solvers and everyone in this store has been really friendly. What a great experience, I can't say enough good things about them. And the prices were awesome....
Had the display for what we wanted. But not the product. Can I speak to someone who works in this area. Yeah they don't start till 9. It's 9:15 yeah that doesn't matter.
I went in looking for several items. No one said hi! No one offered to help! There weren't a lot of customers in the store. I left frustrated. Went to Home Depot and received help! Sales lost Lowes!
Very knowledgeable people working there. Would shop there again
