Courtney and staff are only concerned for the bottom line and how much $$ they can make for themselves. I wonder if the desk/appointment setters are on some sort of commission incentive?
I've been going here for years for my skin needs and i'm always impressed. The staff are all very friendly, professional, well dressed, and stunningly beautiful. Seriously, is that a condition for working there? I suppose it makes sense. One would want customers to see that what they're selling works, but some of the people working there are just mesmerizing.
Seriously? This place is awful. They are superb salespeople and will give you lots of complements after your procedures, but after seeing other places, I realize the results here are meh at best. Plus, after seeing what they did to my mother's face, I am embarrassed to be seen with her! It's terrible!
Thanks to first hand experience, they are all experts on their products and services. This is great because they can all talk about the products and can give first hand reviews which is really helpful if you're scared or nervous. I've only had chemical peels and been treated for acne and they only offer high quality products so it's all been great.
