Firstly, the wait time is anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour past your appointment time to even get in the room plus another half hour to 45 minutes to see a doctor. Secondly, Doctor Lo is an impersonal, rude person who acts like you're wasting his precious time. Lastly, the staff has the combined expertise of a failing first year medical student. Don't waste your time or money. Go to a real doctor.
I have used this clinic many times. Dr Lo is top notch, and I have had good experiences with Marrisa also.
I have had nothing but kind and caring appts. with Dr. Lo and his entire staff. Dr. Lo has taken great care and time trying to solve a constant cough I have and referred me to specialists when needed.
I have recently had to take my son to Quick care 3 times in the past 3 months, and they have been great every single time. The wait is usually very short, the receptionists are friendly and efficient. The medical staff is warm and intelligent. My 2 year old son fell and had sutures put in, they were very good with him and did an excellent job. I have been to the other Urgent care in Petoskey, and was NOT impressed. I will be going to quick care for any urgent care needs.
His Physician Asst.'s are very professional and knowledgeable. It has always been a pleasant experience at Urgent Care.
