I was seeing Dr. Feeley for 10 years and he's a very nice man. If not for his staff I might still be going to him for ENT problems. The reseptionists have been consistently arrogant and anything But helpful. The last straw was being told I couldn't even make an appointment, let alone see the doctor, until I paid a $25 charge for missing an appointment that I didn't know I had! No courtesy call of reminder was made and no bill for this "fine" was sent. If a bill had been sent I could have taken care if the problem ahead of time. Even though there were extenuating circumstances, including a hospitalization, I accept it was my responsibility to change or cancel the missed appointment. But not to be made aware of this ahead if time is inexcusable. I'll be finding a new ENT doctor.
both Dr. Feeley and his assistant were very unprofessional. Never talked to me after the surgery to tell me how it went. When I called next day his assistant was so rude and made me feel like an idiot. Said Umm what questions did you have? After my sons very first surgery you'd think she would have been more understanding. Also have friends who said the same thing. Wish I would have known first. Transferring to a doctor in TC.
Dr. Feeley and his medical assistant Elaine are very professional and deliver excellent care. Dr. Feeley always take the time to answer questions and thoroughly explain the patients plan of care. When questions arise after a visit, a call back almost always happens the same day. I highly recommend Dr. Feeley.
