Petoskey ENT Specialists have been a God send. Dr. Wong helped me find an excellent treatment option to my unique hearing problem after Dr. Gietzen found the cause and expedited repairs. The office is clean, the staff are not only friendly, but seem genuinely concerned and are very professional. Also, scheduling appears to be excellent as I have only had to wait 5 minutes passed a scheduled time once out of at least a dozen visits. Usually, If I appear 15 minutes ahead, I am seen 5 minutes early! Thanks for Caring! You guys ROCK!!
dr. summers was very good at explaining everything and made us all feel welcome and comfortable even with the upcoming surgery. staff was all smiles and very friendly. thank you all
Charges 100 dollars a minute for their time make sure you have insurance. No wonder why national health care cannot be achieved. They also charge 172.00 for being a new patient. Talk about price gouging.
Adam Wong is highly skilled, well informed, personable and trustworthy. A down right nice guy. The staff was pleasant and easy to work with. The online pre-registration is a lengthy and poorly designed piece of software. It would be a joke if it wasn't so irritating and took so long to complete. Even worse the reminder of my appointment wanted me to get some secret access number they emailed me so I could fill out even more repetitive information. I recommend their services and suggest you ignore any computerized requests for information like i did.
Staff is great. Both Dr Brooks and Dr. Gietzen made me feel comfortable even through the testing. The receptionist is excellent and caring
