I bought great tires from this shop last year and are still under warranty. I called today to schedule an appt to get them rotated and Jim told me that his boss won’t let them schedule any “free” services at this time of the year. I remember waiting a couple hours to get tires on my 2012 Chevy equinox initially, and they wrenched my tires down so tight that a lug but broke off a couple weeks later. My husband fixed it and checked my tires, luckily I had no further issues. Unfortunately, we will not be purchasing anything else from Royal tire as they do not stand up to their free tire rotations with the purchase of their tires.
I got a flat tire on a long trip to north Michigan. They are very honest and considerate. The service is fast and the charge is very reasonable.
