We just left. On the way out they have the biggest dirtiest mud puddle you have ever seen right at the end of their drive. I know it's been raining but I would be after the city to fix their roads drainage issues.
The wash itself wasn't bad. I asked about interior which they don't do. They I asked verifying that they have free vacs: they informed me they don't. I mentioned that the website says they do, to which a manager informed that the free vac are at select locations. He was condescending in tone. The website only shows 2 locations that the vacs are not free/available. He told me that they only charge $.50 for 5.5 minutes. After the wash we decided to try the vacs. Dumped $.50 into one! The thing roared to life. You would think by the decibels that it would suck my entire truck up the hose, however it was a complete disappointment. ZERO suction. In an attempt to complete the task of cleaning my truck I decided to deposit another $.50 into one of the other vacuums. I experienced the same results.

Nice job with car wash, but rude people. The vehicle in front of me got hung up in the track and My car bumped into him. I tooted my horn so they stopped the wash so things could clear up when they started the car wash back up I got hung up in the same spot. So in order to prevent the car behind me from hitting me I drove forward. The guy knocked on my window and barked at me like it was my fault. I told him everyone is hanging up in the same place and he just walked away. Not worth risking damaging your car, especially when they are rude.
