Called ahead to see if they carried a specific product. A woman informed me they surely did. Get to the store to find out they actually do not have said product. I drove 1 hour round trip for nothing. Totally unacceptable. I will never return which is unfortunate because they do have a great selection of clothing/golf supplies. Makes sense though, Dunham's is a failing company and it starts with customer service.
The bathroom was discussing. It looked like it hadn't been clean for a week and there was no toilet paper. Not enough help. The 2 checkouts available and the checkout girl at one put up a closed sign even though the line on the other checkout was 8 poeple waiting and the guy at that checkout took her sign down so she could wait on people.
Great place to find sports gear but getting help is another story.
Had very good experince have m9st everything i need. Guy at gun counter did excellent job.
Worst customer service in Petoskey.....as usual.....again. Now I remember why I haven't been here in the last couple of years. There's an easy customer question that should be asked. "Which of you were here first?"
