Great place to stop if you like nice boots and shoes plus a great selection of socks. The people are always really nice and very helpful.
Awesome little store, with a nice amount of inventory. We stop there every time we are close, and have a nice chat with Dave. Very friendly staff..fun place to visit.
My husband & I came in just before closing on Saturday. He was very fast in letting the employee know what he needed. She gave him the few choices they had, he made a purchase of a over a $100. When we left, we accidentally left a bag there of another purchase we made at a previous store. Once we realized we forgot the first bag (about 15min after their closing time) I called the store. No answer, just a machine. We drove back, all the lights & fans were on. I called again, my husband standing outside the store. Finally, we went back to Ruff Life where their
This has been my favorite shoe shop for the past 9 years. They consistently have an excellent selection of shoes, boots, slippers, and even other accessories. The customer service has always been top notch and they are capable of ordering anything you need if they don't already have it. What's also nice is the wide selection of men's and women's sale shoes in their 'bargain basement'. I don't think I've ever left their store without finding exactly what I needed for a good price. Super nice people and store!
owner (who knew someone at Dave's) finally got someone to understand the meaning of customer service & open the door. If it weren't for their archaic return policy of "exchange or credit only", we'd simply return the purchase as soon as possible. So instead, we'll just take our business elsewhere.
