I have lived in Bayshore Estates two different times and have always had a more than pleasant experience. And in my time living there, I have never experienced mistreatment by any of the employees nor ever had a negative experience with the park itself. I've always been met with professionalism, kind words and smiles. I know for a fact that anyone who has had issues here have had so because they didn't follow park rules (rules not hard to follow, might I add), and sought out problems with others themselves. The employees here are like any other human being and if they are repeatedly provoked, they will eventually retaliate; which, most of the time, is the case. With any place of residence, there is those that you want to avoid. But aside from that minority, the majority of the people are kind, family people with whom getting to know will create a positive living experience for yourself and your family. There are many children who reside in Bayshore Estates who spend much time outside, and will happily allow your children to join in on the fun. Everyone here is kind and accepting and I would recommend any person who gets along well with people, to not be scared off from seeking residence here.

This is a nice place to live, my wife and I moved here in 2005. Now it's almost 2015 and we are still here. The tip I'm given to everyone who moves in this park is to follow the handbook. This way if your following the rules you will have no problems with the manager of the park. The manager ed and his wife are very nice people.
