Are you kidding me? I am doing nothing wrong. I let you work this out with them so that they would give it back to you. I am the one who should be pissed at you but I am not. I wasted 90 dealing with your deal and your credit score dropped during the process which was no fault of mine to the point where you could not get a loan. Do I get paid? Not a dime? Have I ever said anything? Nothing. Most agents would be livid. And they would try to get paid somehow if you purchase that house directly from them after going through this debacle. But I TOLD YOU JUST TO DEAL WITH THEM. How about a thank you? Their agent gets nothing, I get nothing, you get to move into the house I found for you and you are saying you will hear from my lawyer? Don't say that. I will send your document to Greg, now that you have worked out a deal with them and they are happy or at least you tell me they are happy. Then you will get your money back.
