This place is decent. The staff are always very nice and friendly. The snacks and drinks are always decent. It's very cheap to rent skates (only $5), but if you have your own skates it's free to skate. The sledding is okay. The inside is very nice to warm up and dry off in with a fireplace.
Had a great time sledding with my homies. Memories were made. I reconnected with my father here which is a plus but in like 4th grade i couldnt figure out how to snowboard and cried on the hill so imma have to with a one star review
Great spot for skating and sledding in the winter or for a nice walk/ hike in the summer!
I loved it. This was my first experience sledding and skating and have to say, $5 to rent skates was amazing. There's a nice cozy place to warm up, a football sized ice rink, and concession for snacks. The skates I rented were also in very good condition. However, the ice rink wasn't very smooth, but it was free so I can't complain.
Park is used as a sledding hill, outdoor skate pond, and groomed hockey arena during the winter months. It is a great place to take the kids or date after a snowstorm to sled and drink hot chocolate. Located several blocks from downtown Petoskey. They could improve upon their concessions, but since it's not used all-year-round I don't see that happening. Skate rental is available.
