The place is 2 stars because I don’t believe in a one star rating. The pizza is mediocre which can be expected from a chain. The real problem here is quality and service. If you show up when it’s not busy, you will be waited on at the server’s conveinence. Then you will get either decent or garbage service. The food quality leaves more to desire( above comment).... The manager needs to improve upon many things. Just because you’re the only pizza hut in a light years radius, doesn’t mean you have to be subpar.
Good food. Waitress was horrible. She obviously wasn't trained and kept saying we don't have that when they did
Having a large family seven, we are always looking for a great inexpensive meal! This Pizza Hut has a fantastic medium Pizza deal. We can order enough for our family and keep it under thirty dollars. The staff are friendly and never seem annoyed by our rowdy kids. They engage our kids and speak to them and not at them. The kids love feeling valued by the servers. The facilities are well kept and clean. The pizza is delicious and comes rather quickly.
Disappointing. Pizza Hut anywhere else usually is decent, but this one not so much. 6:30 on a Tuesday, 3 tables, slow service. Waitress forgot if we both got a salad, then brought us something we didn't order. The tomatoes on the salad bar tasted bad, on the verge of spoiled, and the waitress said she would tell the manager but they did not change them out the time we were there. Pudding and cucumbers had ice in and on them. The cheese crust pizza we got was pretty bad compared to any of the other pizza places around Petoskey. Tasted like grocery store freezer crust. Unfortunate experience. Sorry to say we won't be back.
Good is ok. Service is terrible. They've messed up my order the past 6 times I've been there.
