Had AMAZING care from all of the dr.'s here, except for one, Dr. Wilcox. Everyone (except for him whom I'd never go back to even if I had to) were very compassionate, gentle, they listen and understand what you're going through. LOVE Dr. Ryder and Johnson
Absolutely horrible got there early because I have to travel almost two hrs just to get there. Then the receiptionest says she can get me in early, after sitting waiting almost two hrs my appointment time came still not called back. In the meantime I was having horrible Braxton Hicks contractions, my appointment time rolls around still in the waiting room another 40 mins roll around and nothing finally after being there for almost three hours I had enough and complained nothing was done about it. I even mentioned that I was hit with a shopping cart. I'm only 14 weeks pregnant and shouldn't be having Braxton Hicks contractions they did nothing. Pethatic excuse of a obgyn office.
I had to have a c section unexpectedly when my placenta died and was risking losing my son within an hour of me agreeing to do the surgery they had me in the OR. After 11 months you can barely see my scar. They did an amazing job! The same thing happened to my cousin the year before at Gaylord hospital and they cut her from her belly button down. She's told me many times she wishes she took the time to drive 40 miles one way to Bay View for her visits. I will definitely go back when I have another baby.
