Unfortunately I can't recommend taking items here for consignment. Several times I've had the owner go through items and keep them but then later say she'd never taken them and "the computer says you haven't brought anything in." They have a policy that you can pick up any items they don't want within a week or else they'll donate them. I've returned less than a week later to hear that certain designer items were "donated." When I've politely tried to address these concerns with the owner she's been rude and didn't resolve things. It's too bad because I liked shopping there too, but this has happened too many times now. I'm done giving them the benefit of the doubt.
