When I explained that the item I was looking for is not on the website, the gal said that I would have to come into the store to get it

unprofessional service from the manager on duty. we witnessed a manager be incredibly rude to a customer, and that manager continued to talk badly to other sales associates about the customer long after the customer left. we had items on hold and when we returned to the store, the items had been put back and nobody apologized or seemed to care about our inconvenience!
This shop is THE shop to go to for Petoskey souvenir shirts. All the clothing is very affordable. I got a shirt, 2 sweatshirts, and a COAT for $60!! The styles of the shirts are also very modern.
I explained that I was on vacation and don't live near the store, and she said that she couldn't help, they don't ship from the store that why the website was started. I'm very surprised that the website does not have the merchandise that the store carries
