I took my Saab in for an oil service, brakes and rotors, I did not have time to run to a Saab dealer about an hour away. My personal experience was better than expected, I have been back since the initial visit. I prefer to have one point of contact. Sergio was great to work with - communication with me was great. I felt he was fair with me did not try to over sell me anything, provided me with a future game plan for service. One thing I appreciated from Sergio was - he knew they "were not a Saab deanship but I would like to earn your business, if there is anything I can do please let me know"
