Great service! I had my bike tube repaired here. The owner is very friendly and has a great sense of humor. If you ever need a kayak or outdoor sports stuff, this is the place to go. They had a wide variety of things here.
Can't say enough about how accommodating Banhof was about our whole rental process, from getting equipment to being flexible on returns for some of our party who decided to not use one day of their two day rental to. The also allowed us to bring back equipment at opening the next day rather than at close which allowed us a little extra skiing. No problems with the equipment it was all better than most other rentals I have experienced.
Great experience renting a tandem bike to ride along Little Traverse Wheelway. The staff was very friendly and helpful, price was reasonable, and we had a good time.
Really nice people. We loved the home town non-corporate atmosphere. The collage age woman that helped us knew what she was talking about because she has real life experience with the sports they sell equipment for. Good prices too.
